My favorite Album's are tied is Love is Beautiful
(it's a novel isn't it? the way the lyrics tell a story)
& The Frustrated
(the songs all coincidence to a story of perseverance, and the cover art and the booklet are amazing)
Favorite single, hmm... it's a tie between Toki No Shizuku and Beautiful Dreamer/Street Lifeyour favorite instruments
My favorite instrument is the Harpsichord, second is Viola, i play viola ;D
you mean the bands instruments? if so, Takuro's Red guitar is my favorite, i always forget the model and type ( this one
) I also like the black Gibson Les Paul
(which according to a lot of guitarists is the ultimate rock weapon!) the black one with the gold/white-ish lining, but it's just a favorite to see him on.and so on
Hi everyone, sorry if my enthusiasm scares you lol
I really like Glay and am happy to have found this place
sadly I've only seen them live in the states , hopefully someday I will see them in their homeland
Meeting other Swingers is a favorite thing of mine, so feel free to chatter around with me :3
I think we all have a little reason we love Glay besides the music, and the amazing talent they posses
is the lyrics.
I feel like whenever I hear a song words are the least bits important because the music is amazing
then the words must also be amazing, however with Glay, I can enjoy the song differently
and sometimes I will be laughing and then I'll be crying because of the intensity that Takuro chooses and picks his words
and where he puts them, that ability to string them together into a beautiful melody is what I think makes Glay unique in comparison to other bands. I think the only band I could compare them to in that aspect is Alice Nine, they do this beautifully as well.
However, there is a tenderness in Glay, and I think that is what makes them really special in the music industry today.
